A lovely on line shopping experience. I was sending flowers to my friend in Kansas, I am in Maine. I placed the order and not an hour or so later, they were calling to see if they could make changes to what I ordered due to shortages. They couldn't match the colors I originally ordered. Since they were the experts, I trusted what they recommended. The picture my friend sent, showed a lovely arrangements. I think they went above and beyond. I truly appreciated it.
